At Seerat Art, we take immense pride in our 30 years of heritage in hand-embroidered craftsmanship. Since every piece is intricately handmade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns
Due to the delicate nature of hand-embroidery and hygiene standards:

Items showing signs of wear or damage.

Custom-made or personalized orders (specifically made to your measurements).

Items purchased during a "Final Sale."
3. How to Initiate a Return
To protect our privacy and ensure a smooth process, we do not list a public return address. To start a return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific Return Shipping Address and instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@seeratart.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
