At Seerat Art, we take the utmost care in packaging and delivering our luxury handcrafted garments to our global clientele. By placing an order on seeratart.com, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Order Processing Time

Every Seerat Art piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipment.

  • Ready-to-Wear: Processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom/Couture (Handmade Adda Work): Requires 10–15 business days due to the intricate nature of the craftsmanship.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Pakistan public holidays.

2. International Shipping (USA, UK & Worldwide)

We partner with premium carriers like DHL Express and FedEx to ensure your "Cloud-Flare" gowns and heritage lehengas reach you safely.

  • USA & UK: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days after processing.

  • Rest of the World: 10–14 business days.

  • Please note: While we strive for speed, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be displayed clearly at checkout. We offer Free International Shipping on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our homepage banner).

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your masterpiece is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your DHL/FedEx tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Seerat Art (operated by E. BRAND) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer as per their country’s regulations.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please email clear pictures of the defective item and packaging to support@seeratart.com.

  • Our quality assurance team will review the case. If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

7. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Seerat Art is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
